Terms of Use

By using tamparoofingguys.com you agree to these terms. The site is run by TODO: operator legal name.

What the site does

Tampa Roofing Guys takes calls and form requests about roofing and passes them to independent roofing companies that work in the area. We are not a roofing contractor and we're not a party to any agreement you make with a roofing company. The disclaimer explains how this works and how we're paid.

The roofing company is responsible for the work

Quotes, contracts, permits, warranties, scheduling, workmanship and payment are between you and the roofing company you hire. Check their license and insurance before you sign. We don't guarantee that a company will be available, will accept your job or will charge any particular price.

Information on this site

The guides are general information about roofs, Florida rules and insurance, checked against the sources listed on each page as of the review date shown. Rules change, and every house and policy is different. Nothing here is legal, insurance, engineering or financial advice. For a decision about your claim or your contract, talk to your insurer, a licensed public adjuster or a Florida attorney.

Your use of the site

Don't send false requests, use someone else's phone number, try to break the site or scrape it in bulk. We can block access for misuse.

Links to other sites

We link to government agencies, building codes, manufacturers, research groups and news reports as sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Limits on our liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent Florida law allows, Tampa Roofing Guys isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from work done by any roofing company, including property damage, delays or the cost of repairs.
