Who we are
Tampa Roofing Guys is a marketing company, not a roofing contractor. We run this website and the phone line on it. When you call or send the form, we pass your request to a roofing company that works in your area.
The site is run by TODO: operator legal name, TODO: operator mailing address.
Who does the work
Every job is quoted, performed and billed by an independent roofing company: one of our licensed and insured partners in Hillsborough County and nearby Polk County. Each one is a separate business. Your contract, your warranty and your payment are between you and that company. Tampa Roofing Guys doesn't hold a contractor's license, doesn't carry contractor's insurance and doesn't do roofing work.
How we get paid
Roofing companies pay us for the calls and requests we send them. You never pay us anything. Calling is free, and the price you're quoted is set by the roofing company, not by us.
What we check, and what we don't
TODO: describe how partner licenses and insurance are checked, and how often.
We don't inspect roofs, set prices, supervise jobs or guarantee anyone's workmanship. We can't tell you what your insurance policy covers. The information on this site is general. It isn't legal, insurance or engineering advice for your house.
How to check a roofer's license yourself
Florida licenses roofing contractors through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Before you sign anything, look up the company's license on the DBPR license search, ask for a certificate of insurance, and make sure the name on the contract matches the name on the license. Our guide on checking a Florida roofer's license walks through it.

The photos on this site are stock and public domain images. They don't show our partners, their crews, their customers or their jobs, and several were taken outside Florida. They're here to show the kinds of roofs and roof work the site talks about.
